Summer is here and that means the concert season is in full swing. To help music fans make the most of their summer, Channel 3 is teaming up with Live Nation for "Ticket Tuesday," a weekly giveaway to some of the summer's best concerts.

To enter, watch Channel 3 News Today at 6am every Tuesday for the cue to call in and win. Can't get through or did someone else win before you? No worries! You've got a second chance to win by simply filling out the form below.

“2018 WKYC Ticket Tuesday” Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. resident of the State of Ohio who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of WKYC-TV (“Sponsor”), TEGNA Media., Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica, Blossom Music Center, Hard Rock Rocksino at Northfield Park, or Quicken Loans Arena, and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win.

3. How To Enter. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 a.m. (E.T.) Tuesday May 29, 2018 and end at 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) Tuesday September 11, 2018. (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

On-Air Entry: Enter by watching the “Channel 3 News Today” on WKYC from 6:00 a.m. (E.T.) to 7:00 a.m. (E.T.) each of the days during the Sweepstakes Period. When Sponsor broadcasts the official “call now” icon during that morning’s broadcast, call Sponsor at 216-578-0707.

Online Entry: To enter, visit WKYC’s website, www.wkyc.com/contests , completing all of the required information (name, address, phone number and email address), following all posted instructions and then submit your entry by clicking on the “SEND” button. Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology, which may be used for the purpose of entry tracking. Ad blocking software on your computer needs to be disabled so that it doesn’t interfere with processing your entry.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Facebook ID. The authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry will be considered the entrant. An “authorized account holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions on the Sponsor’s website or in any email received from Sponsor.

Maximum one (1) entry per person per week. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected entries or failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor.

4. Winner Selection. Third Caller: The third caller received by Sponsor after the “call now” icon is shown during each day’s Channel 3 News Today show between 6:00 a.m. (E.T.) and 7:00 a.m. (E.T.) will be that day’s Call-In Winner. The Winner must make contact with Sponsor during such telephone call and disconnections will not be qualified.

First Prize Winner: During the “Sweepstakes Period”, one winner will be selected each Friday, in a random drawing from among all eligible online entries received as of 4:00 p.m. (E.T.) that same day. There will be a total of sixteen (16) winners.

Grand Prize Winner: At the end of the “Sweepstakes Period”, on or about Wednesday September 12, 2018, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the “Sweepstakes Period” to be the Grand Prize winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes and Odds. Each weekly winner, both Third Caller and Online, will receive two (2) general admission or reserved tickets to the concert shown below based on the date he or she was selected as Winner as follows:

Blossom Music Center is located at 1145 W Steels Corners Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.

Jacobs Pavilion is located at 2014 Sycamore St, Cleveland, OH 44113

First Energy Stadium is located at 100 Alfred Lerner Way, Cleveland, OH 44114.

Each Winner and his or her respective guests must attend the same concert on the same date. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity and age restrictions. Winners and guests must abide by all venue policies. Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest(s). Selection of concert seat locations are solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Resale of tickets is prohibited.

Grand Prize Winner: The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) $3000 Hard Rock Rocksino gift card for use at Hard Rock Rocksino at Northfield Park, 10777 Northfield Rd. Northfield, OH 44067. Total Grand Prize ARV: $3000. Gift card can be used at the Rock Shop® or at any of the Hard Rock Rocksino food and beverage outlets. Gift card can be used for retail, food, beverages and alcohol at any of our restaurants and Rock Shop as well as gas, food, beverages and alcohol at the Rock Stop. Gift card is not good towards Hard Rock Live or Club Velvet tickets or gratuities, cash or gaming. There is no expiration date.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Each daily Third Caller Winner will be confirmed at the time their call is received and designated as the third caller by Sponsor on each day of the Sweepstakes Period. Each daily Online Winner will be notified on or about each drawing day of the “Sweepstakes Period” at the telephone number and email address provided on his or her entry form. Sponsor will call during regular business hours at number provided on entry form and will leave no messages and/or notify winner by email to his/her email address. Failure to reach the winner by phone after three (3) attempts, or failure of the winner to respond to the email notification within 48 hours, or return of the email notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification of winner, forfeiture of his or her interest in all prizes, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. To claim prize, each winner must personally visit Sponsor’s offices at 1333 Lakeside Ave, Cleveland Oh 44114 sometime prior to the concert for which they have won tickets (office visits must be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. (E.T.) and 5:00 p.m. (E.T.) weekdays) and a valid photo identification may be required. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release which must be returned as directed by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

7. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, Live Nation Worldwide Inc. (“Live Nation”), and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns, promotion agencies and agents, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning, of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for the operation of the Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica, Blossom Music Center, Hard Rock Rocksino at Northfield Park, or First Energy Stadium, including cancellations, postponements, or schedule changes.

8. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

10. Privacy. Information submitted by entrants will be collected by Sponsor's systems based in the United States and such collection will be subject to applicable United States laws. Entrants may withdraw personal data upon request; however, entrant will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn prior to the determination of the winner(s) and fulfillment of the prize(s). Information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy: http://static.wkyc.com/privacy-notice/. Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes, unless entrant has opted to receive e-mail communications from Sponsor or Live Nation. 11. Sponsor. The “2018 WKYC Ticket Tuesday” Sweepstakes is sponsored by WKYC-TV. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
