MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. — 15-year-old Jasmine Wojtowicz, who was reported missing from Newburgh Heights earlier this week, was found safe Friday morning in Mount Holly, North Carolina.
Authorities have also arrested 19-year-old Jalen Williams on felony charges of interference with custody.
When Jasmine was initially reported missing, authorities said they believed she may have been with Williams after the two began communicating online.
Authorities are working to have Williams extradited back to Ohio where he may face additional charges.
Jasmine is currently in the custody of children services until her return home to Newburgh Heights can be arranged.
