CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — *EDITOR'S NOTE: The video featured above is a preview piece on last year's fair
The Cuyahoga County Fair is committed to bringing you some form of joy this summer amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Despite cancelling the 124th annual celebration, fair organizers have devised a plan to bring fair food to fans through their first ever food drive-thru.
The drive-thru will be held at the main fairgrounds in Berea Aug. 15 and 16 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. A variety of sandwiches, entrées, desserts, treats, and beverages will be available to guests without leaving their car.
"Some of our more popular concessionaires will be preparing and packaging ‘the best of the Fair’ for you to enjoy at home," the fair's website states.
A map of the layout and menus will be provided at the Bagley Road entrance of the fairgrounds. All vendors and the drive-thru layout have been approved by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
