PARMA, Ohio — First responders in the city of Parma are paying tribute to the courage of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 tonight with a special joint Honor Guard Memorial Service. 

This evening's event was moved indoors to the council chambers inside Parma's City Hall due to inclement weather.
