PARMA, Ohio — Police in Parma are asking for help finding a 52-year-old woman who went missing days ago under suspicious circumstances.
Lynne Komar lives in the city with her 17-year-old daughter, who told authorities her mother was not home when she came back from school Monday afternoon. Komar's adult son also claimed the two had spoken earlier in the day and "nothing was out of the ordinary," but Lynne's car was later found empty and unlocked along West 50th Street in Cleveland Wednesday.
Calls and messages sent to Komar's cell phone and social media have not been answered, according to officials. She is described as being 5-foot-9 and weighing 130 pounds with shoulder-length blonde hair, hazel eyes, and a heart tattoo on her left wrist. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
Anyone with information regarding Komar's whereabouts is asked to immediately call Parma Police Department Det. Scott Faulisi at (440) 887-7323 or (440) 885-1234.
