It looks like a scene for Netflix's "Bird Box", but no, it took place right here in Northeast Ohio.
Shaker Heights Police are seeking the public's help in identifying the driver of the light colored truck that smashed its way through a local parking lot.
As seen in the video below, the driver of the truck, whose vision was seemingly impaired, navigated the parking lot causing damage to several city vehicles and property.
Police say the driver is believed to be a black man in his 60's with a gray beard.
