BEDFORD, Ohio — Bedford police issued an alert for two missing children early Tuesday morning, but authorities now say both kids are "safe and sound."
"They spent the night at a relative's home," Bedford police tell WKYC. "Appears to be a huge miscommunication between family members."
The alert was issued shortly before 5 a.m. for 13-year-old Jalun Palmore and 10-year-old Nihla Terrell after both were last seen at their house near Solon Road.
Police say no charges are expected.
