EASTLAKE, Ohio — The Eastlake Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman.
Police say 28-year-old Courtney Kinkoph was last seen on foot very early Thursday morning on Vine Street.
Courtney is described as a white female standing 5'5", weighing 120 pounds, with green eyes and dyed black hair. She has three circle tattoos on either side of her face and facial piercings above and below the lips.
She was last seen wearing black leggings and a black leather jacket. According to the department's post on Facebook, it is the most recent photo of Courtney.
