A Willoughby Hills man is dead after falling off a cliff in his own backyard Saturday afternoon.
Police tell WKYC he was just doing yard work and fell as he dumped his grass clippings over the cliff. His body was found in the Chagrin River below.
The man's name has not yet been released. Authorities are ruling his death accidental.
