WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — Willoughby Police are asking for help identifying a man suspected of stealing lottery tickets from one of the city's gas stations on several different occasions.
The man is described as being 5'7 to 5'10 tall, slim build, with visible tattoos on his neck. Those who may know or can help identify the suspect are asked to call Patrolman Lastoria at 440-953-4212; reference 20-11296.
