AVON LAKE, Ohio — Police have safely located a 13-year-old girl who had not been seen since early Friday morning.
Emilie Izzo apparently left her home "without the permission of her parents" around 6:45 a.m. She was believed to have left on a blue cruising style bicycle.
Authorities confirmed around 9:30 p.m. that Emilie had been reunited with her family.
