'Let's get Becky back home': Police locate missing woman with dementia in North Ridgeville

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — UPDATE

70-year-old Rebecca "Becky" Haddad has been located and is safe. According to a post from the North Ridgeville Police Department, Becky was conscious and talking when she was located.  

She was transported to a local hospital by North Ridgeville Fire Department.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 70-year-old Rebecca “Becky” Haddad after she went missing Tuesday afternoon. Haddad has dementia, according to police.

She was last seen walking in her development off Center Ridge Road near Stoney Ridge known as the Savannah Estates in North Ridgeville.

“If you live in the area of Center Ridge and Stoney Ridge please check your property to include outbuildings,” police said on Facebook.

Haddad is described as 5’9” tall and weighs around 180 pounds. Police say she has brown eyes and brown hair. Haddad was last seen wearing a red blouse and blue jeans.

“You may see several Officers and Investigators out in the area working to locate her,” the North Ridgeville Police Department posted on Facebook early Wednesday morning.

Anybody with information is asked to call authorities at 440-327-2191.

“Let’s get Becky back home,” police said.
