CLEVELAND — On Lunch Break with Jay Crawford on Tuesday, with 2020 less than 12 hours away, Jay and 3News' Romney Smith talk over the most common New Year's resolutions people make, and digital anchor Stephanie Haney quizzes them on their New York City Time Square celebration knowledge.

Personal growth expert Monica Berg talks with Stephanie about how to be successful with your New Year's resolutions, and the 3News team shares what they plan to work on throughout the coming year.

Plus, Rob Bell from Tito’s Handmade Vodka shares two recipes for delicious New Year’s Eve cocktails, and Dr. Frank Esper from The Cleveland Clinic plays "Dr. Mythbuster" yet again to quiz Jay, Romney and all of you on myths about how to prevent and cure hangovers after a night of indulging.
