CLEVELAND — On Friday’s Lunch Break with Jay Crawford, Jay and 3News’ Maureen Kyle are chewing over whether we should get rid of time change, already seeing the first bit of snow in Northeast Ohio and if women should get in on the Movember movement and let their upper lip hair grow.

"Movember" is an annual event throughout the month of November where men grow out their mustaches (it's also called "No Shave November") to raise awareness about men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.

Speaking of hair, 3News Special Correspondent Emily Mayfield will be in studio sharing how her experience went at Cleveland's first drybar in Legacy Village.

With the start of November, Halloween (mostly) behind us and the holiday season is fast approaching, digital anchor Stephanie Haney has your weekend guide to help to make the most of that extra hour of sleep between Saturday night and Sunday morning as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end.

You can weigh on how you feel about time change in our poll at wkyc.com/votenow.

Loretta Paganini, owner of the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking, is also stopping by to share idea for treats you can make with your leftover candy haul.

Loretta will be whipping up peanut butter brownies and thumbprint cookies with her extra sweets on today’s show.

You can lunch with us each day by commenting on our live streams and tweeting with us during the show using #3lunchbreak.

Your involvement is a huge part of the show, so we'd love for you to the conversation going for a chance to have your questions and comments shared on the air.

Lunch Break with Jay Crawford airs Monday through Friday at 12 p.m. Eastern on 3News, and streams live on WKYC.com, YouTube, Facebook and on our 3News app.
