CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad has cancelled all of its train rides until at least April 30.
The train rides have been cancelled for the safety and health of passengers, staff and volunteers during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad will issue an exchange, gift certificate reimbursement or refund to passengers who purchased advance tickets for March 13, 2020 through April 30, 2020.
Passengers with advance tickets should contact the CVSR at customerservice@cvsr.org for a refund, gift certificate or an exchange.
The office is experiencing a large volume of calls and emails so they are asking passengers to please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Their operational plan will be adjusted as information becomes available from the CDC and the governor's office.
