WAYNE COUNTY, Ohio — Officials in Wayne County are investigating what is believed to be a double murder and suicide, Monday evening.
Police responded to a home on Howard Street for a welfare check just before 3 p.m. At the scene, officers found the bodies of three deceased individuals.
With the help of Ohio’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Doylestown Police department ruled the incident a double murder and suicide.
The names of the victims are not being released at this time.
Police say they are not in search of any additional suspects and that citizens are safe.
