Flood Warnings issued for several parts of Northeast Ohio

The warning comes as ice and snow continue to melt and rain comes down.

A Flood Warning has been issued for several Northeast Ohio counties as rain continues to come down and ice and snow continue to melt. 

Late Tuesday afternoon, the National Weather Service of Cleveland (NWS) issued Flood Warnings for Holmes, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties.

The rain is short-lived, however, as our 3News meteorologists predict snow and flurries accompanied by temps in the low 30's moving in Wednesday morning.
