CLEVELAND — Giant Eagle is looking to get Northeast Ohians back to work as supermarkets and convenience store workers continue their vital role in communities amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
1,350 permanent full and part-time positions are available throughout their Northeast Ohio Giant Eagle, Market District supermarkets, GetGo locations, warehouses and pharmacies. 800 of the open positions are in the Cleveland area and over 500 are available in the Akron and Canton areas.
"The Company is looking for Team Members who enjoy performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service," a press release from Giant Eagle states. "A variety of positions are available across daytime, evening and overnight shifts depending on candidate availability and interest."
Available positions include: personal shoppers for the company's curbside pickup and home delivery services, deli and prepared foods clerks, cashiers, pharmacy technicians, GoGetters and more.
