Medwish to accept donations for Hurricane Dorian victims

The donations will be collected September 7 and 21.

A local non profit organization is stepping up to aid victims of Hurricane Dorian.

Medwish will accept donations at their headquarters two days this month. On September 7 and 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. anyone can visit 1625 East 31st Street in Cleveland and make a donation.

They are only taking donations of first aid, medical supplies, and personal hygiene products.

The items being collected include: unused/unopened wound care, hygiene and first aid items, such as: ace bandages, adult diapers, baby diapers, baby wipes, bandages, band-aids, gloves, combs, conditioner, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, first aid kits, flip flops, gauze, hairbrushes, hand sanitizer, medical tape, Neosporin, shampoo, soap, sunscreen, thermometers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels.
