Two students who lived through the nightmare of the Parkland, Florida high school shooting were in Northeast Ohio on Friday night to share their story.
Mandi and Harris Jaffe are 16-year-old twins who were in class back in February at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School when a former student fired an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, killing 17 people and injuring 17 more.
The Jaffe twins have been traveling the country pushing for stronger gun laws. On Friday, they brought their message to Temple Emanu El in Orange.
The Jaffes say they were in different classes during the shooting but were in contact with each other and their families via text.
