COVID-19 in Ohio: 7,475 new cases reported on Thursday

The Ohio Department of Health has now reported a total of 1,373,275 cases in the state.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Health reported 7,475 new cases of COVID-19 and 300 new hospitalizations on Thursday.

Reported data as of September 23: 

  • 1,373,275 cases
  • 21,596 deaths
  • 71,301 hospitalizations
  • 1,223,118 presumed recoveries
  • 6,262,492 Ohioans (53.50%) have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
