University Hospitals no longer requiring online pre-registration for COVID-19 vaccine appointments

University Hospitals is currently vaccinating people 16 years of age or older.

University Hospitals is no longer requiring online pre-registration to receive an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine. 

According to health officials, the organization is now able to facilitate those wanting to get vaccinated within 24 to 72 hours of them calling to schedule an appointment.

University Hospitals is currently vaccinating people 16 years of age or older. Patients under the age of 18 are required to have a consent form completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive the shot. 

To schedule an appointment with University Hospitals, patients should call 216-400-0429. At that time, a scheduler will book appointments for both the first and second dose of vaccine.
