PARMA, Ohio — Parma Police are looking for help locating a missing 56-year-old resident.
According to a release, William "Billy" O'Mellan was last seen on January 19 in the area of Snow and Ridge Roads.
Police say that the 56-year-old may seem confused and is in urgent need of medications. The man is 5'11, roughly 170 pounds, and has dirty blonde hair long enough to fit into a ponytail. He also has a grey and white beard and mustache.
O'Mellan was last seen wearing a black knee-length trench coat, a blue zippered hoodie, flannel blue jeans, and tan winter boots. He may also be wearing a baseball cap and a blue ski mask with a white COVID-19 mask.
