RAVENNA -- A local National Rifle Association instructor is facing charges after he allegedly issued forged concealed carry training certificates.

The Portage County Sheriff's Office arrested 47-year-old Anthony P. Drago following investigation into allegations that Drago never provided training for concealed carry certificates he issued. That training is mandatory under Ohio law in order to obtain a concealed carry license.
