CANTON, Ohio — On Friday night, an AMBER Alert has been canceled after authorities safely located a 5-year-old Ana Burke who had been missing since Thursday evening.

The man accused of taking her, 36-year-old Jonathan Stinnett, has been arrested on felony charges of kidnapping and abduction.

It is unknown at this time why Stinnett took Ana two states over. A person authorities believe was Stinnett was spotted at a gas station in Knox County Friday evening, along with his apparent silver 1991 Ford Aerostar van in the parking lot.
