Jackson Township police asking for assistance locating missing 17-year-old girl

STARK COUNTY, Ohio — The Jackson Township Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing teenager. 

According to officials, 17-year-old Mikaylee Mengon is believed to be a runaway.

A Facebook post from the Jackson Township Police Department says that Mikaylee was last seen wearing Black jeans, white jacket and white tennis shoes.

The 17-year-old is described as roughly 5'3, 160 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information as to Mikaylee's whereabouts is encouraged to call the Sergeant in Charge with Jackson Township Police directly at (330) 832-1553 or contact the anonymous tip line at (330) 834-3967.
