Cuyahoga Falls mayor offers new Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. a tour of city to help find a new home

CLEVELAND — Seemingly everyone in Northeast Ohio has OBJ fever after the Browns' stunning acquisition of All-Pro wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. earlier this week.

While most fans have been excited about how Beckham will fit in the Browns' offense alongside Baker Mayfield, Jarvis Landry, Nick Chubb, and company, little attention has been given to where OBJ may choose to live.

Here's a great marketing idea.

Cuyahoga Falls Mayor Don Walters sent Beckham the below post on OBJ's Facebook page, inviting the new Browns wideout to come to his city for a tour to find "your wonderful new home."

Walters got the idea after noticing the interaction between Beckham and LeBron James on social media. After James posted an epic photo of Beckham in a Browns jersey on Instagram, OBJ himself responded by saying, "Lemme hold the crib down," a reference to LeBron's mansion in nearby Bath.

The mayor received many positive messages for his attempt to lure Beckham to Cuyahoga Falls. We'll see if it pays off in the future.
