BARBERTON -- Police confirm that one man was shot at JR Engineering Friday morning.
A spokesperson for the Barberton Fire Department said they were called to the scene at 775 Wooster Road W. around 7:08 a.m.
According to police, two employees were involved in a fight, which led to the shooting.
One man was taken to Akron City Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest. His condition is unknown.
Police say 29-year-old Aaron Brooks, of Barberton, was arrested and charged with felonious assault and having a weapon under disability.
