PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. -- When the weather outside is frightful, Georgia drivers are notorious for forgetting safe driving principals.

Tuesday when snow flurries started falling in North Georgia, the Georgia State Patrol posted a video reminder about safe travels from Trooper John Daniel. The 13 second video had been viewed nearly 30,000 times by Wednesday morning and has hundreds of shares.

His message was simple:

"Be mindful about of the weather and road conditions as you get out and travel."
