WESTERVILLE, Ohio — It was a debate about the country, but especially Ohio.
12 Democratic presidential hopefuls had a rousing back and forth during a three-hour debate at Otterbein University. At times, the candidates spoke directly to voters in the Buckeye state.
Among the topics that were featured on Tuesday evening were jobs, the mass shooting in Dayton, and the opioid epidemic.
3News' Mark Naymik was camped out inside the Spin Room and gave his thoughts to Russ Mitchell as the debate was coming to a close.
Russ Mitchell spoke with a pair of Otterbein students who took in the debate at a local watch party. Did the candidates address some of their issues and concerns?
