Northeast Ohioans gathered in downtown Cleveland Thursday to voice their support for a recent bill proposed in the United States House of Representatives that would look to "promote and protect the human rights of Palestinians."

H.R. 2590, sponsored by Rep. Betty McCollum (D-MN), would ensure that taxpayer funds are not used to support Israel or its military in certain scenarios.
