CLEVELAND — The holidays are over, and let’s face it: The dull, dreary days of winter are upon us.

But, instead of hibernating, it’s the perfect time of year to focus on your fitness!

Good news, too: There are so many different indoor workout options in Cleveland. So, there’s really no excuse. It’s time to get moving!

I joined a spin class at this growing studio in downtown Cleveland last week. I was only on the bike for 15 minutes, but was covered in sweat at the end of the ride. It’s a beat-driven class that keeps you moving -- and sweating -- the whole time.

Next up? Kickboxing and cardio. Enter, 9Round. This boxing fitness program promises to knock you out in 30 minutes with a full-body workout. I came, I kicked, I punched, and ... I was exhausted! The alternating stations kept things moving, but the intensity of the workout was fierce.

Our last stop might not be what you think of when it comes to working out, but after tackling the parkour course, part of the "Ninja Warrior" course and working with Krazy Fit on bungee exercises, I was beat! We’re talking about Play: CLE in Avon, an indoor adventure park that’s fun for the whole family.
