CLEVELAND — A man had a scary moment while riding the RTA after he left his baby on board while he exited the train to smoke a cigarette.
Video shows the father entering the train before he sets a baby inside a carrier on one of the seats. The father is seen exiting the train to have a cigarette on the platform before the doors close and another passenger frantically tries to get the man's attention.
The train is seen departing the RTA station as the father chases after it on the platform.
According to Today, the passenger on the train was able to alert the driver and the train returned to the station minutes later so that the father and baby could be reunited.
