COLUMBUS, Ohio — Another Ohio State men's basketball player has entered the transfer portal.

Sunday afternoon it was announced that 6'3" guard Luther Muhammad has decided to look elsewhere to play college basketball after spending the last two seasons at Ohio State.

Muhammad joins a growing list of Ohio State players who are leaving the program. Freshman D.J. Carton announced he would be entering the transfer portal two weeks ago. On Thursday team-leading scorer Kaleb Wesson announced that he would be entering the NBA draft.

Muhammad, who came from Newark, New Jersey, spent two seasons playing under Chris Holtmann. This season he averaged 7 points per game before Ohio State's season ended due to COVID-19. He started in 28 games for the Buckeyes this year.

Muhammad came to Ohio State as a four-star prospect.
