We'll have Chardon and St. Edward's title games on Friday, then feature Kirtland's state championship game on Saturday.

CLEVELAND — It all comes down to one final week.

Canton's Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium will be home to the Ohio High School Athletic Association's football championships starting on Friday. And we will have three state title games involving teams from Northeast Ohio as part of our WKYC High School Football Playoff Game of the Week audio webcasts.

It all starts Friday afternoon at 2:50 p.m. as we bring you the Division III state championship game between Chardon and Hamilton Badin. The Hilltoppers from Chardon will be looking to make it back-to-back state titles and cap off another undefeated season.

Then at 7:20 p.m., the St. Edward Eagles will be in action in the Division I state championship game against Springfield. Tom Lombardo's Eagles will be looking for the fifth state crown in school history and their first since 2018.

On Saturday night at 7:20 p.m., we'll return to Canton to bring you coverage of the Division V state title game as the Kirtland Hornets square off against the Versaille Tigers. The Hornets will be looking to continue their amazing dynasty that has seen them win three consecutive state championships along with 55 straight victories overall, currently the best streak in the nation.

3News' Dave "Dino" DeNatale (who will call all three games) and Tyler Carey (who will join Dino in the booth Saturday night) previewed all three matchups:

There is one additional team from Northeast Ohio playing this weekend as the Archbishop Hoban Knights will face Cincinnati Winton Woods in the Division II state championship game on Thursday night. You can relive our coverage of Hoban's epic win over Avon in last Friday's state semifinal game in Parma in the player below:
