The Cleveland Indians' 2018 season has come to an abrupt halt after being swept out of the American League Division Series. The Astros finished off the Tribe on Monday afternoon with an 11-3 victory at Progressive Field in Game 3.

The Indians have now lost five straight postseason games and 9 of their last 11. Let's take a look at some of the reaction on social media:
