Cavaliers players Cedi Osman and Tristan Thompson were at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank this afternoon to assist with the team's "Harvest for Hunger" campaign.
Both players joined other volunteers to sort and repack food items that will be distributed to local food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. Osman and Thompson captained teams of volunteers in a friendly competition to see who could pack the most.
Harvest for Hunger, sponsored by TrustedSec, is taking place at all three of the Cavs' home games this week. The team will match every pound of food donated by the fans, and will also donate an additional 10,000 meals to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
