When the Cleveland Cavaliers drew the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, they knew they'd be seeing plenty of Drake. Facing Toronto for the third time in as many years in the postseason, the Cavs have become accustomed to the Canadian-born rapper sitting courtside at the Air Canada Centre.

What the Cavs likely didn't account for, however, was having much interaction with the "Nice For What" singer -- at least not this early in the series. But that's precisely what happened at halftime of Game 1 on Tuesday night, when Drake had a relatively heated exchange with Cleveland reserve center Kendrick Perkins.

Although Perkins is inactive for Game 1 -- as he has been for much of the Cavs' postseason run -- it's clear the 33-year-old big man is still playing the role of enforcer on the Cleveland roster. It's also worth noting that Cavs guard Jose Calderon, who played for the Raptors from 2005-2013, did his best to cool down 'Drizzy,' who has been known to cheer on his hometown team in an animated fashion.

In what's already shaping up to be a heated series, the exchange between Perkins and Drake wasn't even the first notable altercation of the night. Earlier in the second quarter, Toronto guard Fred VanVleet made a run at LeBron James, after being shoved under the basket by the 4-time MVP, only to be held back by teammates Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan.

UPDATE: According to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, Perkins and Drake continued their feud post-game.
