CLEVELAND -- Earlier this month, it was revealed that the Cleveland Cavaliers would be adding two new uniforms to their collection this season.

On Thursday, we got our first glimpse of what one of them might look like.

With various NBA 'City Edition' uniforms having leaked in recent weeks, it figured to only be a matter of time before the Cavs' new threads made their way to the internet. According to a poster on the SportsLogos.net message board, which consistently breaks uniform-related news, the following shorts were found at a local Dick's Sporting Goods and match what we already know about the Cavs' upcoming alternates.

Last month, graphic designer Casey Vitelli has came across the list of the colors for each team's 'City Edition' set this season -- as well as a new set of alternate jerseys. According to the list, which has been corroborated by uniform expert Chris Creamer, the Cavs' 'City Edition' uniform this season will be royal blue, while a new jersey -- labeled under the title 'Earned' -- will be powder blue.

The shorts in the picture above appear to be a part of the 'City Edition' set, which is intended to "represent insights and emotion from the court to the upper deck to the cities’ streets, in pursuit of a unique way to capture each team and its city in a way that respects the past and present of the clubs while also positioning them for the future," according to a press release. As noted by Tom Valentino, these shorts fit that description in more ways than one, with Cleveland's tourism script featured on the waistband, the 1990s wave design and the Cavs' 1980s color royal blue and orange color scheme.

Last season marked the first year of the 'City Edition' program after Nike took over as the NBA's official uniform manufacturer. The Cavs' set included a gray, yellow and black color scheme, paying homage to the iconic giant 'Guardians of Transportation' sandstone sculptures have stood guard over Cleveland’s Hope Memorial Bridge."

No word yet on whether or not these jerseys will feature 'The Land' wordmark across the chest that last year's did. The Cavs are expected to debut their 'City Edition' uniforms on Nov. 13 when they host the Charlotte Hornets.
