CLEVELAND -- Over the course of his career, the chasedown block has become one of LeBron James' signature plays.

On Monday, Tristan Thompson took a page out of his team captain's playbook.

With the Cleveland Cavaliers leading the Boston Celtics 76-66 in the third quarter of Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Celtics guard Terry Rozier drove the lane looking to cut Cleveland's lead to single digits. While it appeared Rozier would have a clean look at the rim, his shot attempt wound up being swatted off the backboard by a trailing Thompson.

Following a rebound by point guard George Hill, James proceeded to push the ball down court, laying it in to push the Cavs' lead back to 12.

After three quarters, the Cavs lead the Celtics 89-76, despite Kevin Love having already committed five fouls. A big part of Cleveland's advantage on Monday has been the play of Thompson, who has already recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

James, meanwhile, has been his usual spectacular self, having scored 35 points in the first three quarters alone. Currently trailing the Celtics two games to one, the Cavs are looking to even the best-of-seven series at two games apiece before returning to Boston for Game 5 on Wednesday.
