Kevin Love was admittedly upset when the Cleveland Cavaliers traded Channing Frye this past February.

"I wasn't happy when they traded you last year," Love told Frye. "I missed my dog."

"I cried on the flight," Frye said of being dealt to the Los Angeles Lakers. "Until I saw the beach."

Hurt feelings and shed tears aside, however, Cleveland basketball's favorite bromance is back. Not only did Frye rejoin Love when he re-signed with the Cavs this past summer, but the 14th-year big man also served as the latest guest on Love's web series, 'Locker Room Talk,' in conjunction with Schick Hydro.

Although the episode begins with the jovial tone most have come to expect from Love and Frye, it soon shifts serious as the pair of Cavs forwards discussed the heart condition that caused Frye to miss the entirety of the 2012-13 NBA season.

"It changed my life and made me who I am today," said the 35-year-old Frye. "I was sort of 'this Channing' but my anxiety was off the charts. Ever day I was worried like, 'Am I going to get a contract? Am I going to play? Am I going to do this? Am I going to do that?' and it just like perpetuated itself into stress.

"When they told you, 'Channing, you might die,' which is crazy for somebody to say that you with a straight face -- and it's not like a bone or a knee or an ankle, it's your heart. So I had to figure out how I could work on it. So I started yoga. I did yoga every day for five, six months, every day. And like, meditation -- being in the moment, being present, it changed my whole outlook on life. I was like, 'Life is so good and the game is such a short period of time in our lives and we stress about it all the time whether we like to or not, but enjoy the process. Enjoy all this. It can be taken away like that."

Love, who has gone public with his battles with anxiety in panic attacks in the last year, could clearly relate.

"There's so many times throughout the season whether it's on or off the floor where you're dealing with so many emotions and you have to find that happiness," said Love, who is currently recovering from foot surgery. "I remember losing my grandmother and it was something, as you know, until last year, I was able to deal with and say, 'I'm still grieving all of this, I never went through the entire grieving process and I'm finally letting all of that spill out to where I can be a better man and be better in my relationships in my life."

The two went on to discuss the personal struggles Frye faced a year ago, when his mother and father both passed away unexpectedly within a month of one another.

"At the time, it feels like time is dragging along and at that time, it felt like I had the Titanic's anchor on my back and on my soul," Frye said. "To get up in the morning, there was no motivation other than going to the gym because I could then zone out. Because when I would go through a workout, when I would be around you guys, I had to be in the moment."

Debuting last week with Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps serving as Love's first guest, 'Locker Room Talk' is a part of Schick's 'Man I Am' campaign, which was "created to make a positive contribution to the topic of masculinity and seeks to positively discuss healthy masculinity." The campaign also aims to raise both "awareness and funds for the Movember Foundation and Kevin Love Fund."
