Three days ahead of the Browns' 2021 season opener against the Houston Texans, the team released a list of reminders and game day info for fans attending the game, including the following:

  • All tickets and parking passes to home games will be accessed via the Browns Mobile App.
  • Fans can benefit from free Express Access at FirstEnergy Stadium through touchless, facial-recognition technology, powered by Wicket. Information on how to access the program and skip lines at the gates can be found at the Browns' official website or Mobile App.
  • FirstEnergy Stadium will continue to feature an expanded footprint to assist with ingress, egress and flow. The additional space will allow fans to "have improved, direct access to more stadium spaces and escalators to reach their seats when entering the building, as well as enjoy new activations, food and beverage portables and other amenities throughout the exterior concourse."
  • Hand sanitizer and other comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting regimens will be prevalent throughout the stadium.
  • While there is no COVID-19 vaccine or mask requirement, the Browns are "strongly encouraging all individuals, regardless of their vaccination status, to wear masks in indoor spaces like the main concourse, Browns Pro Shop, elevators and club spaces." Additionally, those in attendance who are unvaccinated are encouraged to wear masks at all times except when they are eating or drinking.
  • Fans are encouraged to get downtown by 11:30 a.m. for the 1 p.m. kickoff in order to avoid traffic delays.
