CLEVELAND — This is so Cleveland.

When news broke that Odell Beckham Jr. is coming to the Cleveland Browns, local sports radio host Ken Carman celebrated like it was the Fourth of July.

“Super Bowl! Super Browns! Hell yeah!”

Those were the shouts echoing in the night as Carman rejoiced in the Beckham trade by shooting off fireworks.
