JIMMY'S TAKE | Cleveland Browns offense finally looked 'unstoppable' in win over Miami Dolphins

Nick Chubb and Jarvis Landry led the way in the Browns' third straight victory.

CLEVELAND — This was the way it was supposed to look.

By "it," I mean that offense that we saw on paper, especially when Odell Beckham Jr. was traded from the Giants. You put all the pieces together—like Kareem Hunt coming back from his suspension—the Browns offense was supposed to be unstoppable. Against the Miami Dolphins, they pretty much were.

RECAP: Browns top Miami Dolphins 41-24 for 3rd straight victory

The Browns held serve: Three in a row at home, and they win them all. Now there's a huge game coming up next week (emotionally and in the standings), because they are right there with the Steelers battling for second place in the division and to stay relevant in the AFC playoff picture.

How did they do it? The offense was unstoppable, especially in the first half when they put 28 up on the board.

There was a little period of time in the third quarter where it got interesting, and Miami scored a couple of touchdowns. But after that, it was Nick Chubb time: Chubb went over 100 yards rushing and 160 yards in total offense with a rushing touchdown in the game. His amazing season continues.

The day, however, belonged to the birthday boy (his birthday on Thanksgiving) and the former Dolphin Jarvis Landry: 10 catches, over 140 yards, 2 touchdowns; even the catches not in the end zone were highlight worthy.

And suddenly, the young quarterback looks like the quarterback of last year, when he got so hot at the end of the season.

Finally, a tip of the hat once again to linebacker Joe Schoebert. He had two more interceptions, and when you consider what was out of the Browns defense on this day and how that defense played, they played very well. Game balls to them all, and next week hopefully they'll get Larry Ogunjobi and Olivier Vernon back.

A great day at FirstEnergy, as the Browns win in a breeze.
