Will Ujek, Ben Axelrod, & Matt Florjancic discuss Hue Jackson's firing from Cleveland Browns

While all agreed it was probably time for Jackson to go, they did have some different ideas as to who the next leader in Cleveland could be.

It's been an eventful week in Berea following the firing of Hue Jackson as head coach of the Browns.

The ousted Jackson was on ESPN's First Take Friday, and while he did take responsibility for his dismal 3-36-1 record, he also stated his belief that he deserved more time.

“I thought it was a little premature,” Jackson said of his dismissal. “Obviously, I wish they would’ve given me an opportunity to finish it out, but they didn’t, and so, again, I have to respect their wishes."

Friday on Donovan Live, WKYC's Will Ujek sat down with our own sportswriters Ben Axelrod and Matt Florjancic about Jackson's comments, whether he got a "fair shake," and where the Browns could go from here. While all agreed it was probably time for Jackson to go, they did have some different ideas as to who the next leader in Cleveland could be.
