Cleveland company creates 'command center' for Amazon deals

Digital marketing agency helps clients achieve their goals during Amazon Prime Days

This year Amazon Prime Day runs 48 hours and a local marketing firm has set up a "command center" to keep up with the demand.

"We've seen as much as 100 percent of our clients inventory go out of stock in the first 60 minutes of a lightning deal today,” explains Marketplace Strategy CEO, Drew Kraemer.

The Cleveland based digital marketing agency has been around for about three years, starting with three employees and expanding to more than 40 with locations in New York and Los Angeles.

“When a brand is really looking at where they grow next, they’re really looking at Amazon as a way to do that,” says Kraemer.

“For a brand this is an important two days, it can mean their year.”

The agency makes sure client brands are in a position to successfully compete for you dollars on Amazon.com and to get their clients’ products front and center when you search.

"This command center is something we've created to really allow our team to get together to share ideas to talk about what's going on in real time," explains Kraemer.

“Amazon has kind of created this second holiday right in the middle of the summer where retail is usually slower.”

During these two days Marketplace Strategy is available to its clients 24/7.
