They are looking to have a larger footprint in northern Ohio, and Innovim is stepping into some high tech territory.
Cindi Brown, the President of Innovim, found a love for programming that eventually led her to degrees in computer science and statistics, but she noted that there weren't many other women in her classes.
That didn't stop her and now she's running a company that is helping the federal government analyze and sort data - weather data. And lots of it.
