CLEVELAND — After months of nightmare morning commutes, the W. 45th Street ramp on the inbound Shoreway will reopen Wednesday evening.
That also means the right lane of the eastbound Shoreway will reopen to traffic.
Cleveland City Councilman Matt Zone tweeted about the opening Wednesday. Zone says the concrete barriers along the road's right lane have been removed, and the pavement is being cleaned. The ramp and right lane are expected to open by the evening rush hour.
The ramp and lane had been closed for utility work, according to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.
