Portion of State Route 8 southbound reopens following crash

STOW, Ohio — A portion of State Route 8 in Summit County has reopened following a crash Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the highway was shut down between Seasons Road and Steel Corners due to the incident near Hampshire Road in Stow. Traffic was backed up for miles all the way to Boston Heights, with drivers experiencing delays of about 20 minutes.
