TRAFFIC ALERT | Route 8 near Hudson reopens after accident involving as many as 90 cars

It is reported that approximately 18-25 people were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

At least 90 vehicles were involved in a large accident on State Route 8 northbound, Tuesday afternoon. 

The crash occurred between Route 303 and Season Road around 3 p.m. Officials say as many as 90 cars were involved in the crash that caused delays of more than two hours. 

It is reported that approximately 18-25 people were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Officials from more than eight agencies responded to the scene to assist with the crash.  

Officials are asking that anyone involved in the accident visit the Hudson Police department after 8 a.m. Wednesday morning or call HPD at 330-342-1800 to provide personal information and details of your vehicle's location during the crash.
